All our badges are sold striclty for the 4 points as stated below. By purchasing and/or accepting delivery of the badge that is being offered, you agree to own or use the badge ONLY for one of the followingĀ four specific purposes:
18 U.S. Code Ā§āÆ716. Public employee insignia and uniform
(1) as a memento, or in a collection or exhibit;
(2) for decorative purposes;
(3) for a dramatic presentation, such as a theatrical, film, or television production; or
(4) for any other recreational purpose.
The items we sell are only for collecting or as a movie prop.
We will not be accountable for any legal issues.
The person who orders or buy's the items we sell is responseble for his or her actions.
